Sister Luma Aphraim , a Dominican sister, holds a Master's degree from the Catholic Theological Union and a PhD in Biblical Theology from Notre Dame University, USA. She currently teaches at the University of Salahaddin, Syriac Language Department, and Babel College of Theology, and Domini Online University, in addition to the Babel Institute and the Ur Online Institute.
